A day to remember! On August 10th, 1999, the Keelers watched the drama as two wolves ultimately took down this injured bull moose adjacent to the Teklanika Bridge in Denali National Park in full view of hundreds of tourists and a few lucky photographers. Over a two week period, they estimated that 20,000 people on a tour bus got to witness some portion of the event. A total of five adult wolves, four puppies, a sow grizzly bear and one cub, another sow and two cubs, and a dominate grizzly boar that ultimately took over the kill were all a part of the skirmish.
